We have noticed a decrease in traffic from Cloudflare Peering (AS13335) (38.10.0.47) compared to the typical volume experienced on regular days.
It is important to note that our infrastructure is functioning without any reported issues.
We have promptly escalated this matter to Cloudflare and initiated communication with them to address the situation.
Rest assured, we will provide regular updates regarding the progress of resolving this issue.
We have received an update from the Google team that they are still actively working on it. We are closely monitoring the situation. At this time, no estimated time of resolution (ETR) has been provided. We will share further updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
Past Incidents
The traffic degradation observed on Facebook Peering 1 & 2 in Mumbai was caused by maintenance activity on the routers handling the affected peering links.
The maintenance was performed by Meta and was not announced to Extreme IX in advance.
The maintenance has now been completed, and traffic is already recovering and returning to the affected peering links.
No action is required from customers at this time.
