Planned Maintenance in CtrlS DC-1 - Extreme Infrastructure from 2026-10-14 01:00 IST to 2026-10-14 03:00 IST

We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance activity that may affect your services.

Time: 01:00 AM IST to 03:00 AM IST

Purpose of Maintenance:
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance network stability, optimize resource utilization, and ensure long-term service reliability, we will migrate selected customer connections from the existing network device to a new device within the CtrlS Hyperscale DC1 infrastructure.

Impact:
During the maintenance window, customers whose connections are being migrated may experience a brief service interruption. For the affected customers, BGP sessions with our Route Servers will temporarily go down during the migration. These sessions will automatically re-establish once the migration to the new device has been completed.

Our engineering team will perform the migration in a controlled manner and will make every effort to minimize the duration and impact of the maintenance.

Post-Maintenance:
Once the maintenance is completed, services and BGP sessions will resume as normal. If you experience any issues after the maintenance, please contact our support team at support@x3me.net.
