Fiber Cuts affecting Customers connected in Nxtra Data Pune DC2 along with some Content Providers

One of our primary core links has been restored, and network traffic is currently recovering.

We have identified a network isolation affecting the Extreme IX infrastructure at Nxtra Data Pune DC2.

This isolation is impacting Extreme IX members and content providers physically connected within the affected Data Center. As a result, connectivity and traffic exchange with certain content providers may be degraded or unavailable.

The following content providers are affected by this situation:

Google Peering (AS15169)
Apple Peering (AS714)
Facebook Peering (AS32934)
Amazon Peering (AS16509)

Our technical teams are actively investigating the isolation and working to restore connectivity and normal traffic exchange as swiftly as possible.
