Planned Maintenance in TATA LVSB - Extreme Infrastructure from 2026-07-14 00:30 IST to 2026-07-14 01:30 IST

We would like to formally notify you of an upcoming urgent maintenance event scheduled at TATA LVSB. This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued smooth operation and reliability of our services.

As part of this activity, we will be migrating a number of customer connections from the existing network device to a new device within our infrastructure. This migration is being carried out to improve network stability, optimize resource utilization, and maintain the long-term reliability of the platform.

During the maintenance window, customers whose connections are being migrated will experience a brief interruption to their services. For these customers, BGP sessions with our Route Servers will temporarily go down while the migration is in progress. The sessions will automatically re-establish once the migration to the new device has been completed.

Our engineering team will perform the migration in a controlled manner and will make every effort to minimize the duration and impact of the maintenance.
