Planned Maintenance - Extreme's Border Router change affecting Akamai AANP traffic served via Premium CDN service by Extreme Route Servers from 2026-04-03 00:00 IST to 2026-04-03 01:00 IST

We would like to formally notify you of an upcoming urgent maintenance event scheduled at STT Delhi 2 DC. This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued smooth operation and reliability of our Premium CDN service (Akamai AANP traffic related).

To meet increasing bandwidth demands and ensure stable performance during peak traffic periods, we are changing our border router responsible to feed Akamai AANP cluster at Extreme IX Delhi.

Customer Impact:
Service: Premium CDN Traffic (Akamai AANP)
Location: Extreme IX Delhi
Impact: Clients subscribed to Premium CDN services in the Delhi region will experience a total service downtime of approximately 1 hour within the maintenance window as we migrate to the higher-capacity infrastructure.

Note: Standard peering and other Extreme IX services will remain unaffected.
