Amazon Traffic Degradation for Peering 1 and 2 (AS16509)

Issue has been resolved and traffic is now up to its proper levels. Please note the degradation was not caused by an outage or a problem at Extreme end. No RFO was shared by Amazon team. In case you have been affected and/or have a ticket with their team, please feel free to request it.

We are currently observing traffic degradation related to Both Amazon Peering 1 and 2 (45.120.248.14 and 45.120.248.15)

Please note:
This matter does not involve issues within Extreme’s network but may affect overall traffic performance with Amazon due to events or activities at their end.
