We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance activity that may temporarily impact your services.

Maintenance Details:
Date: 05th November 2025
Time: 01:30 AM to 03:30 AM IST

Purpose of Maintenance:
As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the reliability and performance of our network, we will be replacing our core device in GPX2 DC.
Following this, we will be upgrading our core devices in GPX1 and TATA LVSB DCs.

Expected Impact:
During the device replacement, minimal impact and brief traffic interruption may be experienced by customers connected in GPX2 DC.

At 2:30 AM IST, we will proceed with the upgrade of our core devices in GPX1 and TATA LVSB data centers. Customers connected in these locations may experience service disruption for approximately 15 minutes during the upgrade process.

Post-Maintenance:
