The traffic has been restored now

As per the Amazon team, they are currently experiencing an issue with a device. They are investigating, and at the moment, there is no ETR available.

We are currently observing traffic degradation related to Amazon Peering 3
(103.77.108.17) and traffic shifted to other Amazon Peering.
