Connectivity Impact Due to RS1 Session Down

The issue has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing an impact across multiple clients at DC locations (Netmagic Mahape, Nxtra Mahape, and CtrlS), as well as on Akamai traffic, due to sessions being down with RS1, which is affecting connectivity. Please note that RS2 remains fully operational.
Our teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
