Multiple Fiber Cuts affecting Customers connected in DC Ctrls and Kalyan in Mumbai

We wanted to inform you that we are experiencing multiple Fiber cuts in Mumbai. As a result, we observed minimal packet losses in the Extreme Infrastructure.

This unfortunate event has resulted in affecting customers connected to CtrlS and Kalyan POP.

We have successfully redirected traffic to backup links, and we are pleased to report that no further packet losses are being observed at this time.
