Traffic degradation of Amazon Peering 2 (AS16509)

We are informing you that the physical port issue has been resolved, and the BGP session is now up. However, please note that while the port and BGP session are operational, traffic remains degraded and same is taken up with Amazon for early restoration.
We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with a physical port connected to Amazon. This issue will cause your BGP session to go down with the Amazon peer.
Please rest assured that our team is actively coordinating with Amazon to resolve this issue at the earliest possible time.
We are currently observing traffic degradation related to Amazon Peering 2 ( 103.77.108.148) [AS16509].
Please note:
This matter does not involve issues within Extreme’s network but may affect overall traffic performance with Amazon due to events or activities at their end.
