Multiple Fiber Cuts affecting Customers in Mumbai

We wanted to inform you that we are experiencing multiple Fiber cuts in Mumbai. As a result, we are observing packet losses in the Extreme Infrastructure.

This unfortunate event has resulted in affecting customers connected to Sify Rabale, Webwerks, CtrlS & Netmagic Mahape.

We have successfully redirected traffic to backup links, and we are pleased to report that no further packet losses are being observed at this time.
