We experienced a service disruption today due to an unexpected device reboot, which affected customers connected to the Micronova Data Center.

The issue has been fully resolved, and all services are back to normal. Our team is actively investigating the cause of the reboot, particularly since the device is connected to two independent power sources and no activities were performed on our end.

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again.
