Traffic degradation due to NLD link Mumbai - Bangalore fluctuations

We observed a significant decrease in network activity within the Extreme IX infrastructure, due to the flap between our MUM-BLR NLD link for a few seconds.

This unfortunate event may have resulted in affecting customers connected to Mumbai from Bangalore through vPort Service.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
Currently, the issue stands resolved and the link is stable.
