Multiple Fiber Cuts affecting Customers in Mumbai

We are currently again experiencing packet loss within the Extreme IX infrastructure, primarily attributed to the occurrence of multiple fiber cuts in both our primary and backup links.

This unfortunate event has resulted in an adverse impact on all affiliated members. Our technical team is on-site and coordinating with service providers to restore the fiber connection. We will provide regular updates on progress.
