Issue

We have noted a significant decrease in network activity within the Extreme IX infrastructure, primarily attributed to the occurrence of major power outage affecting customers connected in Kalyan POP.

This unfortunate event has resulted in an adverse impact on all affiliated members physically connected within Kalyan POP are affected.

There is huge power outage within the area, our UPS systems were able to handle the problem but their batteries are also drained at the moment.

ETR to be shared as soon as possible.
